We advise clients on a wide range of issues related to road transport, logistics and rail transport, including helping clients draft contracts, claims on the ownership and transfer of liability in possession. We represent clients in compensation claims and in resolving issues and disputes related to the CMR Convention and SMGS Agreement.

We also provide advice regarding the construction of railway infrastructure facilities, railway rolling stock repairs and maintenance, railway infrastructure management and railway transport, communication with the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority and the Competition Authority and the application of various activity licences and safety certificates. We have considerable experience in representing our clients in various areas related to transport law.
