Apartment association law

We have a lot of experience in advising apartment associations and managers in all matters concerning apartment associations. We assist in the preparation of various legal documents, including articles of association. We advise on issues related to convening and conducting the general meeting, issues related to debtors, payment order expedited matters, court and enforcement proceedings, and we represent apartment associations and their members both out of court and in court proceedings in all disputes.
